Through the UAPP699: Capstone Project in Public Management course, I was able to synthesize and apply the skills I developed in the MPA program as well as demonstrate my mastery of the knowledge and skills
that are expected of an MPA graduate.

Working in a team of three people, including myself, my group (called Team PRIDE) acted as a consultant for the United Way of Delaware PRIDE Council to develop a three-to-five-year strategic plan. Below is our final deliverable.
