Through UAPP689: Information Technology & Management of Public & Nonprofit Organizations, I have gained knowledge on the use of technology to deliver public services with a focus on planning and assessment, implementation and management, response and regulation, equity and social impact considerations, and general policymaking.
Below are two artifacts I completed during the course, including an analysis on how Senate Bill 153 in the Delaware General Assembly fit the criteria of each of the five stages of the Information Technology Investment Management (ITIM) framework; and how to create a learning in organization in the Milford School District.
